Onboarding for Earthstock Summit
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION JUNE 1, 2024
- Come to weekly Zoom meeting Tuesdays
4:00pm PT, 5:00pm MT, 6:00pm CT, 7:00pm ET - Send an email to EarthstockFestival@gmail.com
- Fill out automated registration form on website (see below)
- Receive MOU and sign to confirm participation
We invite you to offer a 30-60 minute presentation on zoom between Monday 8/19 to Saturday 8/24 as part the global broadcast seperate from the Crestone broadcast. Presentations must be relevant to the days regenerative theme (themes can be found on schedule page).
Satellite Event Protocols / Only on August 25th, 2024
- Using the official Earthstock Festival logo and or Drums Around the World logo and slogan.
- Follow the core event and timeline narrative - Reconciliation, Sacred Hoop Ceremony, Interfaith candle lighting and Drums Around the World / Approximately 3 hours of global synchronized event.
- No alcohol will be distributed
- Regional Indigenous land acknowledgement / preferably with a member of that community
- Promote the event on you email list and social media platforms
- Monthly production meeting update on Zoom starting January 2024. Weekly starting July 1st, 2024
- Fill out the Satellite event agreement attached.
